[ARCHIVED] Voter Registration Deadline for Town Election

Town Clerk Tracy Kenney has announced that the last day to register to vote for the June 16th, 2020 Annual Town Election will be Friday, June 5th, 2020.

If you are registered to vote at your current address there is no need to re-register.

Municipal offices remain closed, however, there are voter registration forms and a drop box located inside the vestibule at the entrance facing Sherman Street. The vestibule is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 3:30pm. On Friday, June 5th the vestibule will remain open from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Please complete the voter registration form and place it in the drop box.

You may also register to vote online through the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s website at www.sec.state.ma.us/ovr/ or you may request to have a voter registration form mailed to you by calling the Clerk’s office at 781-821-5013. The form must be completed and returned to the Clerk’s office by 8:00PM on June 5th or mailed with a postmark no later than June 5th.

The polling locations for the June 16th Annual Town Election are as follows:

Precincts 1 and 6 Canton High School, Rodman Bldg, 960 Washington St.

Precinct 2 Dean S. Luce Elementary School, 45 Independence St.

Precinct 3 Blue Hill Regional School, 800 Randolph St.

Precincts 4 and 5 John F. Kennedy School, 100 Dedham St.

On Election Day, the polls will be open from 7:00am to 8:00pm for in person voting.
