NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF CANTON
BOARD OF SELECTMEN
Please be advised that per the First Amended and Restated Development Agreement for the redevelopment of the Paul Revere Heritage Site, formerly known as the Plymouth Rubber Company site and located off Revere Street in Canton, Massachusetts (“Development Agreement”), the Town of Canton Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at or around 7:30 P.M. in the Salah Meeting Room at Memorial Hall, 801 Washington Street, Canton, Massachusetts on proposed amendments to the Development Agreement.
Full text and copies of the Development Agreement and summaries of the proposed amendments to the Development Agreement can be found at the Board of Selectmen’s office at Memorial Hall and on the Town of Canton website.
Votes to amend the Development Agreement may be taken by the Board of Selectmen at or upon the conclusion of the Public Hearing on September 25, 2018.
