A grant award has allowed the town to hire Camoin Associates to do proactive long-term visioning for the Draper Mills site and determine what the market could support for expanded uses. This town-led effort is under the understanding that the owners have NO immediate plans to sell or significantly redevelop the property. However, the findings will be useful to include in the ongoing Master Plan update (expected 2019).
