The Earl Newhouse Waterfront Master Plan project will develop a comprehensive plan for improving the property in a transparent, well-thought out, and coordinated way. We have created this survey to gain additional information from community members who would like to provide input on the design for the waterfront parcel (see link). The survey will remain open through mid December.
