The Board of Selectmen, as local licensing authority, hereby gives notice that applications will be accepted by appointment only for available licenses pursuant to
M.G.L. C. 138, S 12 for the sale of one (1) all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises and for the sale of one (1) Wine & Malt beverages to be drunk on the premises. Such applications must satisfy all requirements of applicable law. Applicants must contact the Board of Selectmen's office to obtain all of the local forms that are required, as well as completing the ABCC application on-line at www.mass.gov/abcc. Application can be found by clicking on "Forms & Applications", then "Retail Forms" and then "Application for New License". Applications must then be printed out for submission to the office of the Board of Selectmen along with the completed local forms required by the Board of Selectmen. No application will be accepted unless it is completed in full with all required documentation accompanying the application by the deadline date of Wednesday, March 08, 2017. Applications will be accepted by appointment only.
