On Tuesday, October 18, 2016 the Water Department will be replacing a gate valve on Randolph Street at Russell Street. This will require shutting down a portion of the water main on Randolph Street a section of Old Randolph Street and all of Russell Street. The water is planned to be shut off at 9am and should be back on by 3:00pm.
