The Board of Selectmen on behalf of area residents, have arranged a public forum to be held on Tuesday, Oct. 28th at the Salvation Army Headquarters Hearing Room located at 25 Shawmut Road, beginning at 5:30 P.M. The meeting purpose is to obtain input from area residents, living in the Dedham Street neighborhood, especially residents located on or near Dedham Street, from Kirby Drive to Washington Street.
The meeting purpose includes receiving public input regarding current conditions and improvement suggestions for possible traffic calming measures to be identified, evaluated and where possible, implemented by the Town of Canton on behalf of the neighborhood.
The meeting will not include any Dedham Street Corridor Work discussion which is a State/MASSDOT project, the scope of which begins in Westwood @ University Avenue and runs southerly ending at Kirby Drive.
