What does the arrival of June in New England mean to you?  

For local chef Connie Spiros, it means temperatures in the 70s, bursts of colorful flowers, and the early signs of great produce in our markets.  

Join Connie as she shares a few Early Summer Favorites!  Purchase the ingredients and cook along with Connie, or watch the show, ask questions, and create the dish later.  Be sure to bring your notepad since Connie likes to share her cooking tips along the way!

The menu includes:

    Chicken with Fresh Asparagus in a Pesto and Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

    Salad of Snap Peas, Fresh Herbs, and Creamy Mozzarella (or Burrata)

    Mini Blueberry Pies - local blueberries should be in the markets soon after our class!

She was a B movie star who married Desi Arnaz. Her movie career was done by the time she was 35. She went into radio, had some success and was offered a chance at TV. She became the most powerful businesswoman in Hollywood.

Memory Loss Support Group

Virtual Support Group Meeting by the Royal Health Group on the third Wednesday of each month, starting April 21st, from 6:00-7:00 PM Via Zoom:


 Maureen Bradley, LPN, Director of Royal Innovation for our Alzheimer's Care Programs will be hosting an online support group for family members whose loved ones are suffering from memory loss.
