"Climate Proof Your Yard" Workshop                            

This workshop was hosted by MassAudubon, the Canton Sustainability Committee, and the Planning Department. This interactive, virtual workshop describes the types of impacts climate change is having on our regional yards and natural resources.  It also discusses measures homeowners can take to make their yards more resilient to climate change: including rain gardens, native plantings, drought-resistant plants, and more.  View the recording here. "Beat the Heat" Workshop: June 15th, 2021

This workshop will be hosted by MassAudubon, the Canton Sustainability Committee, and the Planning Department. This interactive virtual workshop will describe the types of heat impacts our region is seeing due to climate change. It will also cover simple, low-cost ways renters or homeowners can "beat the heat" in response. Register in advance for this meeting.
