Mission and Goals
The Beautification Committee is charged with the responsibility of advising the Select Board and other Town boards, departments and commissions in matters relating to aesthetics, recommend plans for public buildings and other public areas and may undertake direction of projects as authorized by the Select Board.
Volunteer Opportunities
Preferred qualifications for volunteers are interests or background in horticulture, landscape, design , art, or construction creativity. The approximate time commitment for this opportunity is one meeting per month or as projects require, Also, sometimes projects are hands on in the field. All terms are appointed by the Select Board and last for 3 years.
