The Town of Canton’s health plans and benefit options are applicable to personnel who are permanent full time employees and permanent part time employees working a regularly scheduled work week of twenty hours or more, but less than the established weekly hours for full time employees.
Open enrollment occurs during the month of May and is your annual opportunity to add or change medical, dental, life and/or disability plan(s), and add or drop eligible dependents from coverage.
When an employee retires from the Town of Canton or Canton Public Schools, he/she can elect to remain on the health insurance plans, provided they are drawing a pension from the Town of Canton.
