Roadway and Sidewalk improvements
At its meeting on January 26, 2010 the Canton Board of
Selectmen will be discuss recommendations
as a part of the Safe School Grant Program,
for bike and pedestrian improvements to the roadway and sidewalk
areas serving Kenney Street,
including parts of Washington
Street and Pecunit Street.
These improvements include possible new
sidewalks, a crosswalk
on Washington near Kenney Street, a
pedestrian flasher and
signage. The public is encouraged to attend, especially those
residing in the adjacent neighborhoods
