The Town of Canton’s health plans and benefit options are applicable to personnel who are permanent full time employees and permanent part time employees working a regularly scheduled work week of twenty (20) hours or more, but less than the established weekly hours for full time employees. Employees that work less than 20 hours per week are not eligible for health benefits.
